Vintage Radio is a nostalgic and evocative perfume that captures the essence of sitting by an antique radio, bathed in the warm glow of its tubes — a harmonious blend of zesty bergamot, calming lavender, and grounding sage that is both nostalgic and timeless. Lavender sets a calm, clear opening, bergamot adds bright citrus lift, and sage brings a dry green edge that keeps the first minutes crisp and composed. Then the plum arrives — juicy, candied, and completely captivating. The dry down is mature and woody — very long-lasting, unique, and complex. Easily lasted 8–10 hours, with the scent still detectable even after a shower. In a blind test against Initio Paragon, Vintage Radio was chosen as the better-smelling fragrance by multiple experienced noses — 95% accurate to the original, with a juicier, brighter plum that many consider an improvement.
Not a safe blind buy for everyone — but for lovers of dark, mysterious, and complex fragrances, this is an absolute 10/10.
